- WebWorks Publisher Professional Edition works by converting source files created with Adobe FrameMaker, so I first created the topic file in FrameMaker.
- WebWorks Publisher includes native support for HTML Help popups, but not for the HTML Help Shortcut control. In order to create the Shortcut control, I had to use pass-through code.

Validation reports
In order for an HTML file to be valid, it must at minimum include both a DOCTYPE statement on the first line of the file and a <meta> tag specifying the correct character set for the file. The HTML file we produced with WebWorks Publisher Professional Edition contains both of these required elements.
