Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and VISA) or check. To receive any of the discounts described below, you must send us payment by check or credit card (not a purchase order) at least three weeks before a class begins.
Note: We cannot reserve your seat in a class until we have received payment.
Available Discounts
Early Registration Discount: We offer a 10% early registration discount if you register and pay for a class at least five weeks before the class begins.
Multiple Registration Discounts: We offer a 10% multiple registration discount if you register for two classes at the same time or register three or more students from the same company for the same class at the same time. We offer a 15% multiple registration discount if you register for three classes at the same time or register four or more students from the same company for the same class at the same time.
To receive the multiple registration discount, you must register and pay for your class(es) at least five weeks before the class begins.To take advantage of the multiple registration discount, send us a fax at 415.354.3403. Include the following information in your fax:
- Your name, billing address, e-mail address, and telephone number
- The name, billing address, e-mail address, and telephone number of each student you are registering.
- The names and dates of the class(es) you are registering for. If you are registering multiple people, specify the classes each registrant is taking.
- Credit card information (card type, name on card, expiration date, and billing address). If you prefer to pay by check, we will give you payment information when we confirm your registration.
When we receive your fax, we will confirm the registration by phone or email.
Only one discount can apply.
Prices for Private Training Classes
If your company has five or more students interested in the same class, you might want to consider a private class taught at your site. It can be more cost-effective to pay travel expenses for one instructor instead of travel expenses for several students. An added benefit of private classes is that we can customize the course content to match your work environment. Discounts apply to all private training classes, based on the number of participating students. For more details, contact us.
